- Pre heat oven to 160°c and line baking tray with baking paper
Place pecans and sugar into bowl for 4 sec / speed 8
Add egg on speed 3 just to combine
Form balls placing place onto baking sheet
Bake for 12 to 15 mins
If adding chocolate melt and drizzle over top

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
