- 100 gram parmesan cubed
- 1/2 onion
- 1 apple, quartered and core removed, slightly tart like Braeburn
- 330 grams flour oo
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 180 gram Butter
- 180 gram Milk

Recipe's preparation
Grate parmesan speed 9 for 5 seconds then set aside
Chop onion and apple on speed 5 for 3 seconds
Add flour, salt, bp, mustard powder mix 2 seconds on speed 3
add butter, turbo 3 times for 1 second each time
add milk, mix 4 seconds on speed 5, then add the grated parmesan and knead 20 seconds "Dough mode" "Closed lid"
tip onto thermoat, pat flat to about 3 cm, cut out rings with a cutter, put onto a baking sheet, sprinkle milk over the top and bake 200 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes (longer time to cook the bigger they are).

Tip
You can leave out the mustard, just adds a very mild tang
