Tip

I have adapted this recipe from Christine Cronau

//christinecronau.com/buckwheat-crepes-savoury-sweet-or-the-perfect-wrap/

It is an excellent sweet crepe or use as a savoury crepe. This is the best gluten free wrap you will ever try.

Is still moist and delicious the next day.

I sometimes soak the milled buckwheat overnight in the water for easy digestibility

  • What an easy & tasty GF

    What an easy & tasty GF recipe. We needed a quick Sunday night dinner with a bare cupboard. I chopped some zucchnini in the TM first then set aside. After squeezing excess fluid, I added it with the eggs etc as well as some feta cheese, olives & cracked pepper. This one is a staple for us now.
