Made this today with a tomato sauce (Skinnymixers recipe) base. Took awhile to rise as it was a cool rainy summers day. Very soft and fluffy. I only used 2 teaspoons of salt but it tasted a little too salty for my taste. Was still a great recipe. Thank you

Absolutely delicious! The bread was light and fluffy, and they went perfectly with home-made tomato soup. We substituted buck wheat and baker's flour for white flour. We had leftover tomato paste (from making the soup), so we added this to the scrolls before sprinkling on the cheese and bacon; worked very well. Definitely making these again!

I omitted the buckwheat as i didn't have any and replaced it with 50 grams of wheat and 20 grams of chia seeds - i milled these together first and then topped in up with Bakers flour (450 grams in total). • I made these and added some

Submitted by The Griff on 4. February 2013 - 23:23.

I made these and added some tomato paste, as suggested by some. I rolled the dough too thin, so the scrolls were very difficult to cut and move to tray. Baked for ca. 20 min on 180degC (fan) and they were delicious. It made lots ( maybe more since I rolled thin...) and the kids said it tasted a bit like pizza (so, thumbs up!  tmrc_emoticons.) ) They didn't believe me when I said they had buckwheat in them... tmrc_emoticons.;) Will def do these again! Thanks!
