If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius Place parmesan cheese in bowl and grind 10secs speed 9,add flour and butter into TM bowl and mix for 8-10 seconds on speed 9 until bread crumb consistency Place salt, egg, milk and cream into TM bowl and mix for 5-10 seconds on speed 4 until mixture is combined add basil and Lightly knead mixture for 10 seconds on interval speed until mixed put dough mixture* onto well floured surface (or well floured bread mat) and lightly pat dough into 3cm thickness. NOTE: Dough will be very light this is ok. Cut into rounds with scone cutter. Place scones onto oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and top with cheese and pepitas. and bake in a very hot oven at 220 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack
