WOOOOOWW!!!!!! This is definitely restaurant quality stuff!!! The sauce is incredibly flavoursome. I ended up cooking it all for an extra 5 mins because my fillets were slightly thicker. I also steamed carrots and snow peas in lieu of the bok choy. Definitely a winner!!!

    sauce its just amazing
rice cooked in basket always has like a weird texture to me. It is good and convenient, not amazing to me.
Salmon was overcooked for me. Next time I'll cook less time.
    Definetly making again.

    Submitted by Ftomo on 12. December 2015 - 20:58.

Enjoyed by the whole family, i used tamari instead of soy, rice malt instead of honey and added some shaved carrot, zuchini and snow peas to the bok choy for the last 5 min. I also baked the salmon in the oven in individual foil parcels with some of the sauce, the poured it back over the fish, rice and veg to serve

    Submitted by Maida on 24. November 2015 - 20:50.

I make this often but for two people. I usually have too much sauce but find that it freezes well so very easy to prepare the following time. Absolutely love fish this way. I don't bother turning it over. Just cook for the total time.

A friend recommended me this recipe.

I have made it twice in two weeks. The family LOVES it.

The first time I made it as instructed, and the second time I pan fried the Salmon. Both were delicious.

    Highly recommended!

  • Making this tonight as it

    Submitted by Neeky78 on 3. August 2015 - 12:42.

Making this tonight as it sounds yummo. However, I did the shopping for it last night then realised I didn't buy bok choy as it isn't on the ingredient list. Although it's obviously needed by the title of the dish, in my rush I just stuck to the list and didn't get it. Will pick it up on the way home.

    Submitted by naomidess on 17. June 2015 - 23:25.

A great all in one dish - delicious! I didn't have a lot of bok choy so added a few snow peas and some broccoli and added the veges half way through the 14 minutes as we like them a bit crispy. Also put baking paper under the fish and then drizzled the sauce over the veges and rice after. Thanks for the recipe.

  • Husband and I both enjoyed

    Submitted by sophiejanemuzzy on 30. March 2015 - 13:13.

Husband and I both enjoyed this recipe. We steamed some broccoli and corn to have with ours but could have easily gone without them as the rice and salmon were so tasty on their own. We didn't have a chilli so used a bit so chilli powder instead which worked well. Will definately be making this again.

    Submitted by Aussie TM5 Thermomixer on 7. February 2015 - 09:54.

very quick, easy and healthy meal to put together. I used lots of extra coriander and lime juice instead of orange. I think lime or lemon work better with these flavours, but that's just personal preference. I didn't do the rice and served with noodles and it was just delicious! The glaze is so tasty and would be awesome for veggies or chicken. Thank you for a great recipe, I'll be using this again for sure!!

I took the veges out early and put them in the thermoserver. Will try with baking paper under the salmon next time tmrc_emoticons.D Thanks for a great recipe!

  • Divine. I put the veg in for

    Submitted by clareb97 on 24. July 2014 - 22:35.

Divine. I put the veg in for the last 4/5 minutes which was ample cooked for my liking. I used frozen salmon filets and made total cooking time 20 minutes, which worked fine. Also I put a small piece of baking paper under the salmon which helped control fat run-off (but still allowed sauce to drip down). Used freshly squeezed orange and put some of the pulp in which gave the sauce some substance and made for a lovely presentation come serving time. Thanks for sharing, I'm stoked to have found this recipe!

Delicious!  However, the time you recommended to cook the salmon made my salmon a little over-cooked, so I will reduce the cooking time next time.
