Yummy. I have made these 3 times now in the span of a week as they are easy, and gobbled up by my girls. I reduce the onion though just a bit for my girls, but I would not change anything else.

Delicious. I sprayed my tins with olive oil so the pastry wouldn't stick. I also used 4 sheets of puff pastry with a 88mm cutter to get 24 rounds for my small cupcake tins. Filling ratio was perfect!

So easy and delicious..i actually didnt even make these in my thermomix but will next time as i used pre grated cheese and found it was too long to fit inside the pastry easily. My little miss of 1.5 loves them

I'm not usually a fan of quiche but these were great.  I made for bigger quiche.  Fingers crossed my near extremely fussy 4 year old will eat one for lunch.  It is cooling as i type.  Thanks for the recipe.  Made a great brunch.  Cooking

These are devoured EVERYTIME I make them. I've taken them to parties and get togethers and get so many compliments! I make these at least once a fortnight and freeze them for an easy snack. Thankyou!  Big smile

I just made these for the kids' afternoon tea and they were devoured. Will definitely make again.

Excellent, very yummy & great for a party! I used Parmesan but for kids cheddar or something milder might be better

Fantastic! Though I forgot the egg. Still were amazing! Kids loved them. Just don't overfill the pastry as I used an egg ring to cut pastry. Small amounts of filling worked the best to get the pastry to puff out. The quiches that wre over filled weren't that great

This is the second time I made these and the whole family is hanging around the kitchen enjoying them! They are yummy, also I used up my Christmas ham instead of bacon.

Very tasty thank you.  The kids and I polished them off in one quick sitting.  Next time I'll make double!

These were a quick, easy and very yummy thing to make for a school holiday lunch.  A bonus that we had everything needed for the recipe! Definitely going to be a lunchbox favourite in 2015.  Kids have already started suggesting their 'own' variations to try while we wait for the second lot out of the oven to cool!

Thanks for a great recipe!

I added a second egg too and it was sooo good. Easy to me. Thanks for sharing  Smile

Delicious!! I've made these a couple of times and always a hit! This time I tweaked it a bit, I halved the onion, added an extra egg and 50g cream. Also very yummy!!

What a great easy recipe. I have made them several times and loved them. One time I didn't have puff pastry so used shortcrust and they were yummy too. When making for young ones birthday's I use a little less onion.

I made an adapted version of this (son was sleeping and would not have been pleased with me starting up the thermomix) but OH WOW. Best tasting quiche that I have ever had. Quickly marked down on my to-do list for our 2nd birthday party next month.

Wish I wasn't so full as I want more!

Made these for a family catch up. Were devoured by everyone. I added a bit of garlic to them as well Smile

There are yum! I used the mc to cut out pastry too and only needed 1.5 sheets for 24 savouries. Just a word of warning......don't they them when they are cooked, because u might eat the whole lot of them !

Yummy, made them for friends and they were a hit, my son also loves them for school lunches. Thanks

Fast and fantastic. Made one batch and then quickly another as they disappeared! Used slightly less onion and bacon, added fresh tomato to some. Used mini muffin tray and MC as cutter as suggested, needed only 1 & 1/2      sheets of store bought puff pastry For 24. Thanks for great recipe.

These are so yummy, even my fussy 8yr old "likes" them.  Great to freeze, if I ever have any left.  Added some semi-dried toms & that was yum too.  Too easy!!  THANX Smile

Perfect

I've made these before and loved them, however I promised miss 6 I would make quiche Lorraine . So I added a touch more cheese and bacon, an extra egg and about 80g cream. I cut out a 4x4 pattern on puff pastry sheets for a mini muffin pan and baked for 15mins. Excellent! And I'm in the good books with considerably less effort. Thanks for the inspiration Wink

Smile Thanks Great
