Pre-heat oven to 220C.
Place parsley, cheese and onion into TM bowl and grate for 6 - 8 seconds on speed 8. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" + speed 1. Use the spatula to assist in the incorporation of the ingredients. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut into rounds to fit mini-quiche trays. Place a teaspoon of mixture into the pastry and cook in a hot oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Delicious, easy and quick. I took others advice and used 4 eggs. I also used 110g of shallots instead of onions. I also bought frozen puff pastry and used 3 sheets to make about 40 quiches. I used a cookie cutter and lay each circle of pastry on a mini muffin tray space and spoon a teaspoon of mixture. I cooked for 8 minutes each tray. Perfect!

Yummo, I made a few alterations, 4eggs, store bought pastry as that's what I had on hand, only used 85g onion, added some fresh parsley and chives. I had enough mixture for 24 mini quiches with plenty of mixture left so I did a tray of 12 retailer muffins and added a small amount of cherry tomato then added with the mixture

Little party savouries - Great little snacks! I used 3 sheets of store bought puff pastry & cut with the MC for 48 little party savouries. I used an ungreased mini muffin tin, sat the pastry on top & added 1 teaspoon of filling; sitting the pastry on top allowed it to puff out into the pan below. I cooked for just under 10 minutes. I also used 3 shallots instead of onion. Next time I'll try experimenting with different fillings, I'm thinking shallots, tomato paste, pumpkin & cheese. Thanks for sharing!
