What a great easy recipe. I have made them several times and loved them. One time I didn't have puff pastry so used shortcrust and they were yummy too. When making for young ones birthday's I use a little less onion.

very yummy

I made an adapted version of this (son was sleeping and would not have been pleased with me starting up the thermomix) but OH WOW. Best tasting quiche that I have ever had. Quickly marked down on my to-do list for our 2nd birthday party next month.

Wish I wasn't so full as I want more!

Made these for a family catch up. Were devoured by everyone. I added a bit of garlic to them as well Smile

There are yum! I used the mc to cut out pastry too and only needed 1.5 sheets for 24 savouries. Just a word of warning......don't they them when they are cooked, because u might eat the whole lot of them !

Yummy, made them for friends and they were a hit, my son also loves them for school lunches. Thanks

Fast and fantastic. Made one batch and then quickly another as they disappeared! Used slightly less onion and bacon, added fresh tomato to some. Used mini muffin tray and MC as cutter as suggested, needed only 1 & 1/2      sheets of store bought puff pastry For 24. Thanks for great recipe.

These are so yummy, even my fussy 8yr old "likes" them.  Great to freeze, if I ever have any left.  Added some semi-dried toms & that was yum too.  Too easy!!  THANX Smile

Perfect

I've made these before and loved them, however I promised miss 6 I would make quiche Lorraine . So I added a touch more cheese and bacon, an extra egg and about 80g cream. I cut out a 4x4 pattern on puff pastry sheets for a mini muffin pan and baked for 15mins. Excellent! And I'm in the good books with considerably less effort. Thanks for the inspiration Wink

Smile Thanks Great

I've just frozen a massive batch for kids school lunches  Love

I made these for Christmas and they were so popular and easy to do that I made them for my brother's 21st. I added a few chopped cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

These are a huge hit at our house, I always double the recipe and there are never leftovers! A regular request now thank you

Super easy and yummy, thanks! I also substituted the bacon for sundried tomato and they were a big hit.

I make these regularly as they are so easy and tasty. Going to try sundried tomato instead of bacon today, for a vegetarian friend. Thanks for a fantastic recipe.

Delicious! Thank you for the recipe. Nice & easy & so tasty :)

Great recipe! I added an extra egg and some sundried tomatoes. I used the MC to cut out the pastry rounds and they were perfect for my mini muffin tray :) .

I just made these for lunch for my family and they were a hit :) I added a tin of creamed corn as the mixture wasn't stretching to the whole 24 cases Smile Delicious Smile

Wink these little savouries were yum. Full of flavour. Did cut back on the onion - I put in around 80g and it was not overpowering. I shall try and perfect a bit more as mine didn't look as presentable as the picture, on some the pastry rose and the filling then overflowed but I shall be trying again as it was the first thing to go at morning tea!

So good. We always take them to parties and they always get rave reviews. Always handy (and very tempting) to have a few in the freezer!

These are so yummy. I always make a batch to freeze and they never hit the freezer.

Thank you for this recipe!  It was sooooo easy and whilst I loved them, so did my son who won't eat normal sized quiche!  As mentioned in one of the comments, I also added a second egg. They're now all in the freezer ready for my husband's 40th!

Yum! I used spring onions and corn instead of bacon. I nearly ate them all myself!
