These are so yummy, even my fussy 8yr old "likes" them.  Great to freeze, if I ever have any left.  Added some semi-dried toms & that was yum too.  Too easy!!  THANX Smile

Perfect

I've made these before and loved them, however I promised miss 6 I would make quiche Lorraine . So I added a touch more cheese and bacon, an extra egg and about 80g cream. I cut out a 4x4 pattern on puff pastry sheets for a mini muffin pan and baked for 15mins. Excellent! And I'm in the good books with considerably less effort. Thanks for the inspiration Wink

Smile Thanks Great

I've just frozen a massive batch for kids school lunches  Love

I made these for Christmas and they were so popular and easy to do that I made them for my brother's 21st. I added a few chopped cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

These are a huge hit at our house, I always double the recipe and there are never leftovers! A regular request now thank you

I make these regularly as they are so easy and tasty. Going to try sundried tomato instead of bacon today, for a vegetarian friend. Thanks for a fantastic recipe.

I just made these for lunch for my family and they were a hit :) I added a tin of creamed corn as the mixture wasn't stretching to the whole 24 cases Smile Delicious Smile

Wink these little savouries were yum. Full of flavour. Did cut back on the onion - I put in around 80g and it was not overpowering. I shall try and perfect a bit more as mine didn't look as presentable as the picture, on some the pastry rose and the filling then overflowed but I shall be trying again as it was the first thing to go at morning tea!

So good. We always take them to parties and they always get rave reviews. Always handy (and very tempting) to have a few in the freezer!

These are so yummy. I always make a batch to freeze and they never hit the freezer.

Thank you for this recipe!  It was sooooo easy and whilst I loved them, so did my son who won't eat normal sized quiche!  As mentioned in one of the comments, I also added a second egg. They're now all in the freezer ready for my husband's 40th!

Yum! I used spring onions and corn instead of bacon. I nearly ate them all myself!

Have just put these in the oven for school lunches. I added an extra egg. What a great easy recipe that smells so good! Looking forward to experimenting with different flavour combos too Smile

Hi Stefanie. I made this recipe minus the egg to make it school friendly and my kids (5 & 4) and I loved them. I sautéed the onion for  2 minutes at 100 speed 1 after having chopped it  to make it a milder flavour for my boys too.  As I made extra for a party I cut out dinosaur pastry shapes spread the cheesy paste on them and froze them on a lined baking tray. I them baked them from frozen and they worked a treat.

Great idea! Has anyone tried this without egg?

Great ideas! I love the cookie cutter one!

Has anyone tried this without the egg? My son is allergic Sad

Thank

I've made these a few times, adding different ingredients each time.  Mushroom, onion and bacon was delicious.  I'm now trying mushroom, asparagus and bacon.  So easy and great to put in the freezer for tasty, quick snacks.

These are Brillant and so quick to make, I have been making mini quiches for functions for years now and these have so much flavour and a breeze to make - thank you. I have now used other ingrentients like, Spinach, Mushrooms and cheese, Caramalised onions, Fetta and Bacon, Sundried Tomatoes, Capsicum and Basil. All tasted great.

Made these for a kids party using teddy bear cookie cutters. Piled the filling in while the cookie cutter was in place then baked them flat on an oven tray.   Added some peas for eyes. Lovely. Would probably cut back on the onion next time as its too dominant. Cooked 20 mins.

I just use Mainland Tasty as thats a Mature cheese or a light Tasty.

Hi Jo! No, I haven't made puff pastry yet but I would love to try to make some. I buy the frozen Pampas Butter Puff Pastry as it is additive-free and so easy to use. Smile
