      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop parmesan on speed 7 for 10 seconds. Set aside.

  2. Chop zucchini and onion on speed 6 for 6 seconds. 

  3. Add Flour, cheese, mustard powder, egg and salt & pepper.

  4. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 3.

  5. Add +- 100mls milk to create wet mixture. Add more if desired consistency is not reached.

  6. Bake in 200 degree oven for 15-20 mins.
