  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 95 grams Oats,rolled
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams Fetta
  • 100 grams ricotta
  • 1 bunch Spinach Leaves, Handful
  • 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
  • 45 grams breadcrumbs
  • 3 sheets PASTRY, I use shortcrust

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°CPlace garlic and herbs into TM bowl and chop for 6 seconds on speed 6.
    Add walnuts, oats and spinach and chop for 3 seconds on speed 6. Scrape down sides and add eggs, cheese, tamari, breadcrumbs and mix to combine for 20 seconds on speed 5.
    Cut just thawed shortcrust or puff pastry in half on a working bench. Place 1/6th of the mixture onto the long edge of the pastry and roll, (the filling will be much thinner than Cindy's filling, don't worry as it firms up during baking)
    Place sausage rolls on a lined baking tray, brush with beaten egg and score with knife. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C until crisp and golden.
