Sweet Potato & Rosemary Loaf

Ingredients

Loaf Ingredients

  • 300 grams Warm Steamed Sweet Potato
  • 2 teaspoons dried yeast
  • 500 grams Bakers Flour or Bread Flour
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary, Leaves Only
  • 1-2 pinches Flaked Sea Salt
  • olive oil, For Drizzling on Top

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place warm sweet potato, then yeast, flour, salt and olive oil in bowl.

    Mix - 6 seconds on Speed 6.

    Dough mode 90 seconds.

    Place in Thermoserver to rest of 15 minutes.

    Place in loaf pan

    Drizzle with rosemary, extra olive oil and flaked sea salt.

    Place on cold oven, turn on to 180 degrees c.

    Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.

Get creative!

Subsitute the warm sweet potato for any warm vegetable of your choice.

    Once I added the water and left the bread to rise and then cook drizzled with olive oil and salt served warm with roast pork dinner it was amazing.
