- 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 500gm Minced sausage meat

1.Peel and dice all vegetables into 1cm x 1cm pieces.
2. Place diced vegetables into Varoma and divider basket
3. Place 600ml water into TM bowl. Place Varoma on top of TM bowl. Setting: Varoma/speed 1/ 25minutes (adjust according to volume and size of vegetables)
4. Once tender but not thoroughly cooked, remove varoma basket and set aside to vegetables to cool.
Rinse out TM bowl.
5. Place sausage meat into TM bowl and blitz 3 seconds/speed 4. Scrape down.
6. Add cooled vegetables "Counter-clockwise operation" /30 seconds/ speed 2.If bowl is too full, you can mix the mince and vegetables with the spatula.
Fill your puff pastry and bake according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Tip
We used a generic puff pastry and followed the instructions on the package.
Serve with homemade tomato sauce.
Great for lunches.
