  • 2 carrots, peeled, topped and tailed, chopped in 2cm pieces
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Mango Chutney
  • 500 g mince
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 3 sheets Puff pastry

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180.Separate frozen puff pastfy, and place on bench, so pastry is defrosted when you have your mince prepared.peel carrots, chop top and tail. chop into 2cm portions. Place in TM, 6 seconds on speed 5 to product grated consistency.peel, core and chop green apple. portion into 2cm pieces, and add into TMB. Peep and chop onion, att to TMC, 4 seconds on speed 4.Add mango chutney and curry powder, to mix place TM for 2 seconds, speed 4.Add mince to TM. mix 20 seconds, on speed 4.

    Place mince mix on each sheet of puff pastry, smooth out over pastry, leaving a 10cm portion on one end. Roll sheet, using egg white to "stick" down the end. Use egg white to go over each completed roll. Cut each roll into finger wide portions {gives your around 10-12 portions per roll}Place each pinwheel on a baking paper lined tray, bake in overn for 20 minutes, turning at the 10 minute mark.Using a serated bread knife,
