If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
add 1st three ingrediants and mix 10secs speed 4
add everything else except fruit and mix 5-10 seconds /rev/speed4
add fruit i used chopped apricots/raisins and choc chip combo
then mixed on reverse for 10secs used spatula to help mix through you may have to finish by hand with spatula
i used small ice cream scoop to make shapes and press down slightly they dont spread to you can put quite a lot on trays cook for approx 10/15mins 180
