Recipe's preparation

    Biscuits
  1. Note:  this is a recipe that I found in one of my old school journals and decided to convert it to Thermomix.    Hope you enjoy .....

Place almonds and sugar in Closed lid and mill 10 secs / Sp9.  Set aside in separate bowl.

Add quartered whole orange (no seeds) and softened butter to Closed lid and mix 10 secs / Sp8.  Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat this step until butter is creamy and orange rind is fine.

Add remaining ingredients (except cherries) and combine 10 secs / closed lid position / Dough mode.  Don't over process.

Roll teaspoonfuls of biscuit dough in your hands then place on lined baking tray and lightly press a glace cherry into each biscuit.  Bake 10 mins in moderate overn (180degs) until brown.

Note: if mixture is sticky and messy to roll in your hands, just add a bit more flour to your dough and return to Closed lid combine 5 secs / closed lid position / Dough mode.

    Makes 18-20 small biscuits.

At Xmas time, use red and green cherries ♥ ♥
