Delicious and simple, I used vanilla essence in place of the almond essence and frozen raspberries instead of the strawberries. What a lovely way to use up those leftover egg whites. Thank you.

I love this recipe - it's my go to whenever I have made ice cream and have egg whites left over. This time I substituted blueberries because I had no strawberries and added some vanilla extract - OMG!!!

these are so quick and easy
these are so quick and easy and delicious.i used two whole eggs as I didnt have leftover egg whites and took them to my work, and they were gone in a flash and rated 10/10
My daughter and I quickly
My daughter and I quickly whipped these up tonight after dinner (with leftover egg whites from chocolate ice cream from the rc) - so good straight out of the oven!! I only had 4 egg whites so reduced all the other quantities accordingly. Maybe becuase I had less mixture and each was smaller, I needed to reduce the cooking time by about 5 minutes - I have a new oven and it seems quite hot so I also reduced the temp down to 180.
