Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius. If you need to make your raw sugar into castor sugar do it now -5 seconds on speed 10 Add apple into bowl process for 3 seconds on speed 5.Place butter and flour into the bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4.Add egg and buttermilk and mix for 10 seconds on locked lid, interval setting.
Add blueberries on reverse for 1 - 2 seconds on speed 4.
Dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Turn onto a floured surface and press or roll out to a thickness of about 2cm. Cut into circles using a glass, biscuit cutter or MC and place onto a lined baking tray.Brush with milk.Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until golden and hollow sounding when tapped.

You may need to add a tiny bit more flour if you are using a really big apple

Thanks for posting this one Arwen... great way for using all the buttermilk I seem to product Maybe that's because I so love making Butter in my Thermy
