These are so easy to make and very tasty. I doubled the recipe and used half sultanas, half craisens. I used my ball little scoop that I use making bliss balls but ended up combining two scoopfuls together. They were very soft.

Very tasty and so easy to make. I added a spoon of honey for a touch more sweetness. I thought they would be crunchy like a biscuit but they're soft (which is fine, just unexpected). Also it could just be my dodgy oven but I had to bake them for 25-30 min. Great healthy snack 👍😊

  • I love finding new recipes

I love finding new recipes that are sugar free and nutritional for my kids. I didn't have sultanas so I just added extra dates and they turned out superb. These will definitely be a regular from now on, thank you for sharing.
