- 50 g Butter
- 250 g natural yoghurt
- 2 medium bananas (about 210 g)
- 180 g Peanut Butter
- 70 g Milk
- 1 egg
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 230 g plain flour
- 90 g oats
- 95 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 95 g caramel bits

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 180C
Melt butter 2:30min at 60 degrees; speed 1
Add wet ingredients: yoghurt; bananas; peanut butter; milk; egg; vanilla
Mix 15 seconds, speed 3
Add dry ingredients: flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, bicarb, caramel bits
Mix 20 seconds, speed 3. Use spatula to assist mixing and scrape down if needed
Spoon teaspoonfuls into greased mini muffin trays and bake 180C for 12 minutes

Very popular with my kids & their friends I used white choc bits as that's all I had in the pantry but definitely want to try with caramel next time.
