  • 130 g flour plain

Recipe's preparation

  1. Heat your oven to 220deg.

    Place the prepared apples into the mixer bowl Closed lid and pulse on Turbo 2-3 times to rough chop. Put to one side.

    Place the butter into a large roasting dish or pizza tray (wth no holes - for obvious reasons). Put the tray in the heating oven for a minute to melt the butter. Tilt the tray to spread the butter evenly

    Place the milk, flour, eggs and 25g sugar into the Closed lid bowl and mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds.

    Pour the batter into the buttered tray and sprinkle the chopped apple over.

    Bake for approx 10 minutes or until the edges are puffed and golden.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the 2 Tbsp sugar.  Squeeze the lemon juice over the pancake and serve

    I'm always making this great breakfast. Today I made it with blueberries as I had no apples. Excellent ! What else can I substitute next time ?  tmrc_emoticons.)
