Fudge

  • 50 g Rapadura Sugar
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 10 g vanilla extract
  • 30 g Coconut nectar or honey
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g quinoa flour
  • 30 g raw cacao powder (and/or nibs)

Recipe's preparation

    Fudge
  1. Line a narrow or small baking tray with baking paper (ie: a bread tin). Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

    Mill sugar for 20 seconds / speed 9

    Add beans, vanilla, coconut nectar or honey and coconut oil and mix 3 times for 10 seconds / speed 6, scraping down the jug between each mix

    Add egg and mix for 5 seconds / speed 3

    Add flour and cacao and combine for 4 seconds / speed 4

    Pour into prepared tin and bake in for 20 minutes / 175 degree oven

    Allow to cool in tin then rmove and chill in refrigertor, slice when cold.
