Yummy!
I reduced sugar to 100g and used coconut flakes as I didn't have dessicated coconut. I also used wholemeal SR flour. They were delicious and healthy enough that I will be sending them to childcare with my 18 month old as a treat - he loves them!
My mini muffins might be smaller than those used in the recipe, as I found I only needed to bake them for 10 mins. I also made a tray of cupcake size muffins, which took 15 mins to cook. I got 12 mini and 12 cupcake size all up from this recipe.
These are so yum thankyou!
