Cookie dough
- 110 g icing sugar
- 130 g Butter
- 300 g plain four
- 1.5 teaspoon Cardamom ground
- 1.5 teaspoons All-Spice
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
Sugar Coating
- 300 gram icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line baking tray with paper. dd butter and 110g icing sugar to bowl. Mix 30 sec/sp 4.
2. Add remaining ingredients. 15 sec/sp5. Scrape down and repeat.
3. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on baking tray apron 5cm apart. Bake for 10-15 mins. Allow to cool for 5-10 mins.
4.To a clean dry bowl add Powdered Sugar ingredients. Mix 5 secs spd 6. Transfer to a bowl or small bag.
5. Coat cookies in powdered sugar mix. Repeat when cool.

Absolutely Gorgeous, although because I had no plain flour I used Self Raising and they created amazing little puffy bikkies for a morning tea.
