Super easy and tasty recipe. I also did the final mix on reverse so it didn't munch up the oats. Will be our go too Anzac cookie recipe now 😊

Excellent recipe. Used 100g caster sugar, I will probably add more rolled oats next time. Mixed on reverse so the oats didn't get pulverised. 10 mins cooking made a very soft biscuit. Cook longer for a crisper biscuit.

Good. I took only 6 of them to a function. I rolled them into balls, and they were all gone in a flash. But for my oven you needed to cook them a bit longer. Next time I will reduce sugar because I only had the Uncle Toby’s breakfast oats to use and they were sweet enough. Actually I was eating them at the start, even before they were cooked
