      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious & oh so easy! Made for gift (but kept a few to try too). Made with 150g brown sugar as that's all I had. Perfect with a cuppa. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe.

  • These are now my go-to choc

Submitted by gadget convert on 27. August 2015 - 11:02.

These are now my go-to choc chip biscuits. I use about half the amount of choc chips, though - if I use the amount in the recipe then there are more choc chips than dough and I can't make the mixture form into biscuits.  Also yummy with half white and half dark chocolate chips, and with wholemeal flour.
