  • 190 grams flour
  • 130 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 125 grams Butter

Filling

  • 2 cans Condensed milk 400g, Nestle
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Pre heat oven to 180degrees

    Combine all ingredients into Closed lid

    30 sec / 90 degrees / speed 5

    spread into slice tin and bake for 15 mins

  2. Filling
  3. Combine all ingredients into Closed lid

    3 minutes / 90 degrees / speed 5

    Pour over BASE while hot and bake for a further 12 minutes

    Allow to cool before proceeding to the next step.

  4. Topping
  5. Melt chocolate in Closed lid, for 2 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 2

    pour over filling and allow to cool.

    cut through chocolate before completely set.
