      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I have just cooked my second batch of these and they are amazing. I replace the plain flour with almond meal and it works fab.

    Really really delish!

I reduced the oats slightly as I worried they would be dry - I went down to 140gm and they turned out to be light, buttery little biscuits of deliciousness!

They were sweet (even with only half the amount of choc chips) so I will nudge the sugar down next time.... because there will be a next time that I make these Smile

Great recipe - thanks Emma! I reduced the rapadura sugar to 60g and did a half / half mix of dark chic chips and dried currants. I also used gluten free flour to keep them gluten free - turned out perfect

These are approved by all family members! I added currants instead of choc chips to bring the sugar factor down for my one and three year olds and they loved them
