Nice - and so easy... and my three year old is enjoying it!

Got a bit confused with the recipe.... it doesn't mention removing the oats after milling but then in step 4 it says to add the oats?!?

I just added everything else in and mixed on reverse. It was really dry and didn't come together so I think I'd melt the coconut oil first as it had lumps through the mix when I pressed into the tin, although it baked up OK. I also baked a little longer as I wanted it crunchy - yum!

I can see this being adaptable to other flavourings so I'll be keeping this recipe as a go to to make quickly with panty ingredients.
