YUM YUM YUM...!!
Enjoy slathered with cream/ice-cream..
These are very gooey in texture so go for a longer cooking time if you like them slightly firmer.
My first lot were very soft at 40 mins. Firmer but still moist at 60 mins. It's a personal preference thing here.

What a pleaser! Thank you for this absolutely delicious recipe! I just love raspberry chocolate brownies and these are the goods!
I use dark choc, reduce the sugar to 250g, 40g of LSA and therefore only 100g of flour (just gives a very subtle nutty flavour) and cacao instead of cocoa.
I also used frozen raspberries. 100g in the mixture and probably about 50g for the top (instead of 100g) and baked for 55 mins at 160°C (ff).
Has anyone tried roasting and adding macadamias to this recipe? I bet it would also be yum!

Just amazing xx I just posted this on my Thermomox page on FB and it went nuts xooxxo
delicious and amazing on every level
Thanks for such a yummy recipe. They actually improve after a couple of days, if we don't eat them all that quickly!
I made them with 250g of brown sugar and it still worked out really well. Also frozen mixed berries because that's all i had. Perfect.
My oven is a little bit hot, so i found cooking at 150*C for 55-60 min was just right.
Thanks again.
