Ingredients
- 4 level tablespoons of butter at room temperature
- 2 tablesoons of packed brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Caster sugar
- 2 egg yokes
- 1 level teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 1/4 level teaspoon of baking powder
- a few twists/pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of chocoltale chips/buttons
- 1/4 cup of dried craisins

Recipe's preparation
- Cream butter and sugars - 15 secs speed 4 scrape bowl and repeat
Add egg yokes and vanilla - blend 5 secs, speed 3
Add flour and baking powder, blend 5 secs, speed 3
Add chocolate chips and craisins - blend reverse 5 seconds, speed 2
Divide batter between 4 greased ramekins and cook 180 deg for 18 - 20 minutes
When cooling the top will be crunchy and the middle soft - serve with icecream or chantilly cream
On further cooling they will be a crunchy thick biscuit/cake cookie

Tip
you may sub chocolate chips with white and craisins for cranberries, raisins dried cherries etc
