Chocolate Fudge Slice

  • 180g Butter
  • 170g Self Raising Flour
  • 85g Shredded coconut
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 crushed weetbix

Cocoa icing

  • 160g icing sugar
  • 40g Milk
  • 20g Butter
  • 10g cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Fudge slice
  1. Place Butter into TM bowl and melt for 2mins @ 70deg speed 2

    Add all other ingredients into TM and combine for 5 seconds speed 4-5 

    Remove lid and scrap down sides using spatula.

     Combine for a furthur  2-3 seconds speed 4-5

    Once well combined transfer into prepared lamington tin and press down firmly and evenly

    Bake for 15 - 20 mins allow to cool before icing

    ICING 

    160g Icing sugar, 20g butter, 40g milk, 10g cocoa

    Combine all ingredients into TM and blend till smooth speed 4-5

Tip

This is a great school lunchbox treat or after school snack

Recipe doubles well and keeps well in the fridge in an air tight container

for a week.....if it lasts that long.....ENJOY

    A delicious and easy slice! I made this to take to a morning tea and left a few slices for my kids. They wanted me to make another one straight away. The icing is a great consistency. Thank you for sharing!
