Tip

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:654:]]No need to wash and dry bowl between base and topping if the base has been well scraped. If base batter sticks to the blades, give the blades a spin on speed 7 for a second or 2 to flick to side of bowl for easy scraping.

Use baking paper over base and topping so you can smooth out slice with hands to make even layers.

  • I have used a smaller tray,

I have used a smaller tray, 160 x 260 to give that height. Cook less if thinner. I'll add slice tray to recipe. Thanks for your feedback!

  • Yummy recipe, I think maybe

Yummy recipe, I think maybe my slice tray was larger  than yours (30 x 33cm) as mine came out alot thinner and I think I overcooked the base a bit. Easy and yummy though. Off to creche for their Christmas break up tmrc_emoticons.) Will definitely try again tmrc_emoticons.)
