Love this recipe. I have used it numerous times. The scrolls do have the taste similar to a scone but we love them! Yum yum yum!  Laughing out loud

Love these. They look & taste great. Next time I'd add a bit more cinnamon & like someone else mentioned, maybe some vanilla to the mixture. I'll definitely be using the recipe again. Thanks

yes definitely try with Nutella, it is awesome... I only recommend that you put some butter down then the nutella, was a bit dry only using Nutella.

Love this recipe... So quick and easy, great to make last minute... Have made them 4 times in only a couple of weeks... the flavours also go well with using chocolate chips or sprinkles on to instead of icing... definitely 5 stars

My granddaughter and I made this today. Recipe so easy to follow and result was so yummy. Will definitely make again with Nutella and Vegemite for savoury roll.

Tasted like a scone, a delicious and quick afternoon tea recipe. This is one of those recipes you can change and do whatever like Smile

Quick and delicious. More of a scone dough, but was still delicious.

Such a versatile recipe. I have made these a few times now. This time I used apple sauce and cranberries in the middle, and caramel icing. Absolutely delicious!!

So easy to make and so yummy!

Yum these were great!! I would use more cinnamon next time, mind you when I scraped out the filling there was cinnamon powder trapped under the blade! Very tasty, these were a big hit Smile thank you for sharing the recipe!!  Cooking

I made these with gluten free flour and lactose free milk, the dough was more crumbly, but did work. Yummy though a little out of shape Smile

I made these and I absolutely loved them!!! I prefer these over the shops!  Thank you so much for the recipe!

Made these just now and they are good but like another comment said, they were a bit biscuity and crumbly. They weren't doughy like I thought they might have been. Didn't have SR so used plain flour and baking powder instead, turned out ok.  Need to make more filling text time...

Made this for my husband who can't eat yeast. And we used lactose free milk coz he's lactose intolerant. And he loves it. Thank you!

Delicious! I changed the dimensions and managed 16 smaller scrolls, which were just right to serve with a drink.

Made them with Gluten free flour, they were enjoyed by everyone!! Yummy!!

This was the first recipe we tried with our Thermy. And we loved it! Have made them several times now and last week when I couldn't find the Cinnamon, I used Cocoa Powder and added choc chips. We've also added stewed apple to the cinnamon filling. Lovely every which way.

They were good but they were a bit biscuity and crumbly on the outside, rather than the soft ones you buy at the shops. Kids loved them but they haven't had the shop ones!

Yummo. Didn't last long out of the oven and only managed to get icing on a few. The iced ones were still delicious the next morning whilst the un-iced ones were ok. Would definitely serve these hot/warm & fresh.

So yum!  I made them smaller by cutting the dough in half before rolling it. I think if they were any bigger they would be a but much for one serve.  mine were like a firm scone consistency, not soft or bready, but still super yum, especially with a coffee.

These are delicious!! I substituted the milk with rice milk and the butter with dairy free margarine and had to add about 50grms of extra flour to make a solid dough. Absolutely delicious.  Lasted 5 mins out of the oven before devoured by the family.
