Base
- 80 grams raw almonds
- 80 grams raw cashews
- 200 grams glace cherries, (use fresh od dried to be Paleo, as sugar is added to glace)
- 100 grams Shredded coconut
- 40 grams coconut oil
Filling
- 150 grams Shredded coconut
- 100 grams Fresh or Frozen Cherries pitted
- 20 grams coconut oil
- 10 grams vanilla extract
- 15 grams Black Cherry Juice Concentrate, (I use Dynamic Health 100% Pure Juice)
Topping
- 50 grams Raw Honey
- 20 grams cacao powder
- 70 grams coconut oil
- 10 grams vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation
Place almonds and cashews in "Closed lid" and mill 9 seconds/speed 9.
Add cherries and blend 5 seconds/speed 4. Add coconut oil blend "Counter-clockwise operation" 15 seconds/speed 4.
Add coconut and cacao and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 5 seconds/speed 3.
Place cherries in "Closed lid" blend 3 seconds/speed 7. Add coconut, coconut oil, black cherry juice concentrate and vanilla "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds/speed 4. Scrape sides down and repeat.
Place on top of base, evenly and gently press down. Place back in fridge or freezer to become firm.
Place honey, cacao, coconut oil and vanilla in "Closed lid" , blend 10 seconds/speed 4. Scrape down sides and repeat until consistency is smooth. Smooth topping over filling and refridgerate for 30 minutes
Cut into your choice of portion sizes and enjoy!

Sorry, but I made this yesterday for guests.
It wasn't eatable.
Terrible flavour. So oily, but the coconut was dry. Too much coconut oil.
I made everyone laugh though.
