  • 50 grams Coconut Flour
  • 4 Eggs, Large, plus 2 egg whites
  • 100 grams Raw Honey
  • 100 grams coconut cream, or milk i had cream to use up
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe's preparation

    cupcakes

  1. throw it all in jug mix 10secs /speed 5

    divide between 12 cupcake papers or tins

  2. cook 10-15mins 190 oven keep eye should spring back when cooked
