If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
pre heat oven to 180 no fan
put butter into jug heat 2mins/90/speed 1
add everything else in order as listed then mix 3-4secs speed 4/rev till combined
i greased a pryrex dish size approx 20cm/20cm i dont have slice tray
took approx 20mins to cook test with skewer

this was created after i made one on internet allrecipes it was a fail just adjusted amounts perfect moist slice
