- 115 grams rolled oats
- 190 grams wholemeal self-raising flour
- 20 grams Shredded coconut
- 50 grams granulated sugar substitute, (SPLENDA)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 140 grams unsweetened apple puree, TM recipe (pg 60 EDC)
- 60 grams skim milk
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 40 grams golden syrup

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160C (fan-forced). Spray patty pan with cooking spray.
- Reserve 1Tbs of the oats. Mill remaining oats and flour 30sec/Sp9
- Add coconut, SPLENDA and baking powder 10 sec/Sp 4 Set Aside
- Put apple puree, milk, egg, egg whites and golden syrup in bowl. Whisk with butterfly attached 30sec/Sp 4 remove butterfly.
- Add oat mixture Reverse 5-10 sec/Sp 2 (until just combined)
- Divide mixture between patty pans. Sprinkle reserved oats over. Bake for 12-15 min or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Set aside in the pan for 5 min. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
