Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
put sugar, glucose and 1st measure of water into "Closed lid" bowl and bring to boil for 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 3 or until sugar is disolved. In a seperate bowl mix in the gelatine and other measure of boiling water, mix together and add to "Closed lid" bowl. Insert butterfly and whip for at least 15 minutes on speed for until thick, white glossy. Pour into large tin which has been wet with water. When set cut into squares...delish can roll in toasted coconut or icing sugar. Option I did was add vanilla essense.
