If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Combine well for 20 seconds, speed 3.
Add all dry ingredients to bowl with wet ingredients and fold through (don't over mix) for 1 min, reverse, speed 1.5.
Fold in berries & chocolate if using, for 30 seconds, reverse, speed 1.5. Check all combined.
Spoon into muffin/cupcake tin and fill to 3/4 full.
Cook for approx 22 mins.
Pre heat oven to 180

Tip
You can substitute the berries for other fruit and add dark choc chips, or nuts to your liking.
May need to adjust sugar quantity as per taste.
