If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a Baking tray with Baking Paper.
Set Oven to 180C
Mill Raw sugar to Caster Sugar, if you havnt got any - Speed 7, 5 secs.
Add in Butter, Sugar, & Vanilla until light and fluffy - Speed 3, 1 min
Add in Egg - Speed 3, 30 sec"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" Stir through Flour. Make sure that you have your thermomix on Speed 1 while you remove the MC. As you add in Flour, turn the Speed slowly to 3. This should take 30-40secs (don't forget to hit your scales to measure in your flour)
"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" Stir through Baking powder speed 3 20 secsOnce the mixture has come together, roll two teaspoons of mixture into balls and flatten in a bowl of 100’s and 1000’s.
Put on baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes

Tip
Instead of using 100's and 1000's, you can make an indent into the cooking dough and put a dolop of jam to create jam drops.
