Made these on the weekend and followed the advice of previous comments to reduce the sugar. 180 grms was plenty sweet enough. I skipped the white chocolate, we're not fans and I also left out the almonds to make them school lunchbox friendly, but I added extra dark chocolate chunks to compensate. These spread quite significantly in the oven (my butter was warm which didn't help), so next time I'll make them a bit smaller and space them further apart. I made 20 quite large biscuits, could easily have made 30 smaller ones. They've been devoured and the small people already and have asked for another batch so that's always a good sign! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

This biscuit recipe is great and the biscuits are fantastic. The mixture was rather sticky so next timei would add a little bit more plain flour to make it esierto roll. I too reduced the sugar to 180gm. Thanks for a great recipe I'll be making these again for sure! Recipe makes about 36 biscuits.

Taste delicious and very easy. I used 180g raw sugar as it’s all I had....next time I would reduce this again though as quite sweet

Lovely flavour and texture. The shredded coconut and flaked almonds gave the biscuits an interesting bite, and when cooked for just the 10 mins, they had a nice chewiness. I only used 160g of sugar which was plenty for our tastes. Thank you for sharing.

These are fantastic. I used peanuts and milk chocolate instead of the white chocolate. They lasted a day in my house. My family took doggy bags home  tmrc_emoticons.)

I made these last week and I think I cooked them about 5 minutes to long! They weren't very fudge like but were still delicious all the same. I'll give them another go  tmrc_emoticons.)
