Ingredients

12 piece(s)

Dough

  • 300 grams plain flour
  • 160 grams brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 grams oil
  • 125 grams honey
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 100 grams Milk
  • icing sugar for dusting, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Method

  1. Grease or line 12 muffin cases

    Preheat oven to 180c

    1. Add dry ingredients to Closed lid.

    2. Combine sp7/5seconds

    3. Combine remaining ( wet ingredients) in a jug and whisk together.

    4. Add to Closed lid, and blend 4/10 seconds. Until just combined.

    5. Fill cases 2/3 full.

    6. Bake about 25 minutes or until cooked when tested.

    7. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.

    8. Dust with icing sure before serving if desired.

Oh my gosh...!

These are also delicious iced with your favourite cream cheese icing.

Freeze by wrapping individually in cling wrap.

    well could not wait till weekend made them today and they are to die for , so easy and quick to make....I love them have yet to let Kids loose on them  hubby is impressed
