Tip

I used my left over "meal" from making almond milk. It was still wet, and weighed in at 180g - I just topped it up to 300g with dry stuff. I don't think it made a real difference, but let me know if you think otherwise tmrc_emoticons.-) I'm also re-using the image from the original version because mine burnt a little on top tmrc_emoticons.-( (I grilled bacon this morning and I think the grill was still a little hot)

    This is delicious, thanks!

I did have to bake it for longer, as it was raw in the centre, but I will make it again.

Hello, just wondering if when you say a whole orange you mean peel too?  Ive made an orange cake before using the whole orange (peel included) but always boiled the oranges for an hour before. tmrc_emoticons.)

to stop it from burning put some baking paper or foil over it before putting it in oven and remove for the last 20 minutes or turn oven down to 150c
