- 120 grams Coconut sugar
- 40 grams raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 10 grams Cornflour - Gluten Free
- 220 grams coconut butter/oil
- 4 eggs

Recipe's preparation
put dark choc and nuts into jug "Closed lid" then turbo for 4 secs
put all other ingredients into jug "Closed lid" then mix speed 5 for 30 secs
scrape into square tin and bake on 190 fan for 30-35 mins
will be brown and coming away from sides, centre should still look a bit wet when done but feel firm to the touch, leave on bench to cool for 15 mins before inverting and slicing into approx 15 squares- should be very chocolatey and moist and not overly sweet.
