Healthy Donuts

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g honey
  • 30 g Coconut sugar
  • 30 g Almond milk
  • 10 g chia seeds, (optional)

Recipe's preparation


    1. Preheat oven to 190C.


    1. Add oats and sugar to TMX bowl and mill 20 seconds/speed 10.


    1. Add banana, eggs, honey, milk and chia seeds (if using) and mix 30 seconds/speed 6.


    1. Spray 12 hole donut baking tray (or 2x 6 hole donut baking tray) with cooking spray, pour in batter to just below the top making sure the hole in the middle is not covered in batter. (Could also use a donut maker with this batter)


    1. Bake for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool slightly before adding the topping of your choice.

Tip

Top with syrup/honey or lemon and brown sugar or even rolled in a traditional cinnamon sugar mix.
