- 220 grams raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 200 grams plain flour

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 130°C. Line a tray with baking paper.
Add raw sugar and mill for 7 seconds, speed 9.
Add butter and mix for 10 seconds, speed 8.
Set aside sugar and butter. Do not clean bowl.
Add milk and golden syrup and mix for 1 min, 100 degrees, speed 2.
Add bicarb soda and mix for 10 seconds, speed 4
Add sugar, butter and flour and mix for 30 seconds, speed 4 or until well combined.
Let biscuit dough stand for 5 minutes or until cool.
Roll teaspoon of mix into a ball and press slightly onto baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip
These biscuits have a lovely honeycomb type taste.
Don't be tempted to add more bicarb soda. If this happens, the biscuits will have a strange bicarb taste.
