Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter
  • 110 g Self Raising Flour
  • 75 g oats
  • 180 g sugar
  • 75 g Coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 140 C

    2. Place butter into TM bowl and melt, 2 mins/70C/speed1

    3. Add all other ingredients and mix 10 sec/reverse/speed 3. 

    4. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 5sec/reverse/speed 3

    5. Place into a lamington tin and cook 30 mins
