For the Base

  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 200 g choc chips
  • 80 g soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 110 g plain flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Topping

  • Nutino Hazelnut Spread
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Smarties

Recipe's preparation

    For the Base
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180⁰C and grease a circular springform pan.

    Mill sugar 10 sec / speed 9 then scrap the sides of the bowl.

    Break chocolate into pieces 10 sec / speed 9.

    Add butter and melt chocolate 2½ min / 50°C / speed 2.

    Add vanilla essence and egg. Combine ingredients 5 sec / speed 5.

    Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly 30 sec / speed 5.

    Pour pizza base batter into your pre-greased pan and bake for 15 minutes. Once cooked, take out and leave to completely cool.

    Once cooled, start your topping

  3. You can use your imagination, but in this recipe:

     

    - Used Nutino hazelnut spread to create the ‘pizza sauce’. - Smeared vanilla ice cream on top of the hazelnut spread. - Dotted the top with Smarties.
