If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
pre heat oven to 180
add sugar/kaffir leaves/lime zest and grind 5secs speed 9
scrape down add butter and eggs mix 10scecs/speed 5
add flour/milk/pinch salt mix 5/10secs speed 5
pour into lined tin cook 45mins 180
Syrup
add sugar grind 5secs speed9, add kaffir and lime to jug and cook 5mins/ 90 remove leaf and put in jam jar i cook double and keep in fridge.
OPTIONAL ICING
put ingrediants into jug and process for approx 5 mins/rev/speed 2 scrape down few times till its light and smooth
