If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 180°c.
Combine milk and vinegar using a whisk in a seperate bowl. set aside for the 10 min.
Grease and line 2x 20cm round cake tins.
Add butter to tmx bowl and melt for 2 min, 80°c, speed 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 sec, speed 4. Scrape down sides of the bowl and repeat.
Devide the mixture between the 2 tins and bake for 35 min or until skure comes out clean when inserted into the centre.
