These are perfect. So easy and so yummy!
A Double Batch made 20 (22 but I ate them🤫) but instead of using 80g cornflour, I used 40g and 40g of custard powder as thats what my gran use to do. I also added passion fruit to the icing.
thank you so much, Brooke!

These were just what I was looking for. Was a bit nervous about the runnyish butter in the batter, but worked fine. I doubled the batter and Thermie coped fine. So easy.

I made these today, the first batch I didn't double and copied exactly and everything looked great until I put them into the oven- they collapsed within 5 mins.
Determined I tried again and the mixture was mousse like this time ? So I added more flour and did another 10 secs on speed 3 and then all cooked fine bar one which collapsed. Rather odd. They're yummy though and I added passionfruit to my icing mixture. I will try again one day though 😌😌😌

Beautiful! They certainly melt in your mouth! I doubled the recipe for the biscuits, but kept the icing the same and there was plenty of it. Make sure to make the double batch, as they go fast!

Loved the ease of the recipe. Texture of the biscuits are truly melt in your mouth. Made a double batch and the buttercream icing did all the biscuits beautifully. Family gave it a 5 stars. it will become a firm favourite. It will also make a lovely gift for someone, wrapped in cellophane paper. 😀

This is a fabulous recipe. They really do melt in your mouth. I usually make a double batch in my TM5 and use the same amount of icing for both batches. Big hit with kids and friends. I don't have vanilla bean paste, so I always use vanilla extract in the same measurements.

Absolutely delicious and very easy. I scraped out a vanilla bean and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in my icing instead of making lemon icing. Cooked for 12 minutes

WOW WOW WOW - first time using my new piece of Italian kitchenwear (huge Marcato fan). Was a little sceptical as it's a 35 degree day and wasn't sure if the mixture would be too melty for the biscuit press. Made double the batch and made small biscuits = 84 biscuits.

Oh my giddy aunt! Made a single batch (made 10 complete biscuits) and they were devoured within minutes of being ready, I didn't even get them into a container!! Will definitely double or triple the recipe next time. Spare icing too but that was delicious. I'll use it when I make my next batch today
Great recipe, they do melt in
Great recipe, they do melt in your mouth, I had heaps of left over icing, I think it was double what I needed so froze for next time
Definitely double the recipe.
Definitely double the recipe. Yummo, they are just like my grandmas yoyo biscuits
These are delicious! I love
These are delicious! I love them as they are but they also work well as gluten free biscuits: use White Wings plain gluten free flour instead of the plain flour and the cornflour, ie 165g. I have also used lime zest instead of vanilla and lime juice to flavour the icing (less butter if you add lime) Thank you for a great recipe.

Seriously Delicious! I've just made a double batch of the biscuit recipe to 1 batch of icing, with a little icing still left over. You could probably get 3 batches of the biscuits out of 1 icing batch. I added 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon rind instead of the vanilla to the icing for a fresh lemon twist. These really are melting moments. Will be the only recipe I need to make these again. Thank you.

Beautiful and delicate to
Beautiful and delicate to eat. I had heaps of icing left over as the biscuit batch only makes 8 all together, so advice is to make double the biscuit batch and just keep the icing the same amount. I cooked mine for around 25 mins due to having an old gas oven but they turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!!!!
